A graduate degree in any discipline is required for all posts, plus the following:
Senior Relationship Manager
- NISM Series V-A and/or V-D, and/or IRDAI IC-38 certification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.

- At least 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
Group Head
- 12 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, including 5 years as a team lead.
Head – Investment
- NISM V-A, V-D, XIII or XX-I-A certification and 10 years in investment roles.
Investment Product Manager
- A NISM certificate and 5 years of experience, including 3 years as an investment counsellor.
